I just had Fariaz with Energy come out to check my A/C after it suddenly went out. He contacted me before arrival and showed up right on time. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He almost immediately was able to identify the issue and had my A/C back working within about an hour of arrival. Fariaz come out within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday. He was recommended by my in-laws who have used him for years and he lived up to their recommendation. My issue turned out to be minor and he did not try to add anything I did not need done. Very courteous and professional and I will be using him from now on.

My heat pump died late on Friday evening. I called Fariaz on Saturday and explained the issue. He was scheduled off for the weekend and stated that he would see me first thing on Monday morning. But after more details of the failure were discussed, Fariaz agreed to come over on his day off and diagnose the problem. He arrived promptly and advised me of my options. After settling on a remedy he reserved/ordered the components needed for the job and scheduled the pickup(s) for Monday. Fariaz and Daniel arrived early Tuesday and removed the old components, installed the new ones and had me back up and running by early afternoon! A++++ service… Thanks again Fariaz and Daniel!!
